International Voice Process where there will be interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolve customer issues over call (Voice Process)

Walk -in to "THE JOB SHOP" AND Walk-out with offer letter.
Job Description:
Answer incoming calls.
Provide FCR on calls.
Has to be compliant on all calls.
Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hrs. every month.
Keep oneself updated on product and process changes.
Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year.
Skills Required:
Excellent English Communication
Graduates/Undergraduates with experience in International Voice process.
Fresher's with excellent communication can apply.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and week offs
Should be an immediate joiner
Job Location: Bangalore
Salary: As per eligibility and experience.
